Frozen Channel Chart (FCC) is a chart used to $\textit{visualize}$ a polar code (i.e., or any information set-based code).
It also emphasizes the differences between several codes by comparing them to a certain reference code (e.g., Bhatacharrya-based).

The bit-channels are sorted with decreasing Bhattacharyya parameter value.
Afterwards, the sorted $N$ bit positions are plotted over a $h\times l$ matrix; and skeched in a 2-D chart with 'white' representing a non-frozen bit channel while a colored pixel representing a frozen one.
